Arizona joins the Blues Assn.'s bank network for HSAs
NEWS IN BRIEF — Posted Aug. 27, 2007
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is now offering health savings accounts with the Blue Healthcare Bank for members enrolled in one of its high-deductible health plans.
As of Aug. 6, members can open HSAs with the Blue Healthcare Bank, which was opened earlier this year by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Assn., the association for the independently owned Blues plans.
Enrollees with the Arizona Blues will still be allowed to have HSA accounts through other qualified banks.
