Washington medical school again ranks No. 1 for primary care

The University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle ranked as the best medical school in the nation for primary care for the 18th year in a row, according to annual medical school rankings by U.S. News & World Report.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine ranked second, followed by Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine in Portland, the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine and the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
A separate ranking of top medical schools for research put Boston's Harvard Medical School in the No. 1 spot, followed by the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore (link).
