Compensation and scheduling flexibility are the top reasons why physicians participate in electronic detailing.
A recent survey followed up an earlier separate telephone survey by the AMA and Forrester Research that found that 30% of the country's physicians have participated in an e-detail. In its latest e-detailing survey, Forrester, a market research company in Cambridge, Mass., asked doctors who have participated in e-detailing about their motivations to give these virtual presentations a try.
