Employers look to shift health insurance costs

Employers increasingly are trying to steer employees to consumer-driven health plans featuring high deductibles and personal health savings accounts as a way to keep a lid on rising health costs.
The Deloitte Center for Health Solutions and Deloitte Consulting LLP surveyed 316 large employers, 86% of whom had annual revenue ranging from $100 million to more than $8 billion.
