Rating Medicare carriers: Physicians mostly satisfied

Although some doctors complain about the service that they receive from Medicare's carriers, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services says that the vast majority are satisfied.
In the first annual installment of the Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey, CMS asked more than 16,000 physicians and other health professionals to rate Medicare contractors on a scale of 1 to 6, with 6 representing complete satisfaction.
