Satisfaction with hospitals up slightly

Patient satisfaction in hospitals has seen a modest increase.
A recent survey shows a rise from 83.0% satisfaction in January 2002 to 84.2% in October 2006.
The survey also found patients are far more critical of their surroundings than of their care.
